APC Reconciliation Committee Submits Findings in Oyo

On Wednesday, the All Progressives Congress (APC) reconciliation committee submitted its findings to the National Chairman, Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda, in Ibadan.

Notable absentees included Chief Adebayo Adelabu, Barrister Akeem Agbaje, Engr Hakeem Alao, Engr Rauf Olaniyan, Chief Asanike, and Senator Teslim Folarin. The meeting aimed to reconcile aggrieved aspirants and their supporters across Oyo State's 33 local government areas.

Prof. Yilwatda described the reconciliation process as ongoing, stating that the party is stable and addressing the issues raised by its members.

Senator Femi Lanlehin, Chairman of the Reconciliation Committee, confirmed that the committee had met with all aggrieved aspirants and presented their findings to the National Chairman. He noted that the leadership plans to meet with President Bola Tinubu to further resolve the issues, emphasizing the importance of winning the 2027 elections in Oyo State.
