APC Forms Reconciliation Committee in Oyo State

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has established a Reconciliation Committee in Oyo State, tasked with addressing grievances raised by aspirants who were dissatisfied with the outcomes of recent primaries. The committee is set to be inaugurated next week, with the state chairman, former Deputy Governor Chief Mose Alak-Adeyemo, overseeing its mandate.

The list of committee members includes prominent figures such as Senator Olufemi Lanlehin, Brimo Yusuf, Hosea Agboola, Chief Akin Oke, and Professor Afolabi Oladapo, among others. The committee's objective is to engage relevant stakeholders, including aspirants, to foster peace and unity within the party, aiming for a strong performance in the upcoming elections.

A statement issued on Sunday by Olawal Sadar, the Public Secretary of Oyo APC, confirmed the committee's formation and its critical role in ensuring the party's success in the next general elections.
