Oyekunle Launches Reconstruction of Atenda-Alawada Road

Hon Folajimi Oyekunle, the representative for Ibadan North Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, has officially launched the reconstruction of the 1.17-kilometre Atenda-Alawada Road located in Ward 4. This road is crucial as it links to five major roads in the area.

Oyekunle stated that the reconstruction was prompted by the road's deterioration and its significance for local residents and motorists. He emphasized the road's strategic location, which will provide an alternative route and alleviate traffic on adjacent roads once completed.

The project is part of Oyekunle's broader efforts to address infrastructure needs within his constituency, which also includes initiatives like powered streetlights, motorized boreholes, food palliatives, and empowerment programs. He expressed optimism that the road's completion would enhance community connectivity and improve the movement of residents and vehicles.
