PDP Accuses APC of Political Genocide Amid Defections

The People's Democratic Party (PDP) has accused the All Progressives Congress (APC) of orchestrating a "political genocide" aimed at undermining the opposition by inducing defections among its political office holders. Felix Morka, the APC's National Publicity Secretary, responded during a television interview, asserting that the PDP can no longer consider itself a political party due to its internal dysfunction.

Morka emphasized that the APC continues to enjoy the support of Nigerians, despite the large-scale defections and challenges faced. He noted that the APC's governance is not in jeopardy and that the PDP's claims are delusional.

Morka drew historical parallels, referencing Joseph Goebbels and Adolf Hitler, to highlight the dangers of propaganda and its potential to destroy nations. He warned that the actions of the APC would be documented in history as a threat to democracy, contrasting the current political climate with past atrocities.
