Nedu Wazobia Addresses Nigeria's Rising Living Costs

Nedu Wazobia, a popular media personality, has voiced his concerns regarding the escalating cost of living in Nigeria, characterizing survival as a daily struggle for many citizens. In a recent video, he pointed out the increasing expenses associated with essential needs, including school fees, house rent, food, transportation, fuel, and healthcare.

He remarked that even salaried Nigerians are finding it challenging to make ends meet due to mounting financial pressures. Wazobia emphasized that the harsh economic realities have compelled some individuals to engage in actions they never thought they would resort to for survival.

He stated, “People are doing things they never imagined they would do, hurting people, betraying people, cutting corners, not necessarily because they were born wicked but because survival has become a daily battle in this country.” He called for an economy where hard work is rewarded, allowing parents to provide for their children without undue stress and where Nigerians can face the future with less fear and more hope.
