PHCI Launches Education Program with School Donations

Pinnacle Humanitarian Care Initiative (PHCI), a subsidiary of Pinnacle Guest Inn & Resort, launched its education intervention program by donating writing materials to 10 schools in the Gagi area of Sokoto South Local Government Area. The event, held in collaboration with the Sokoto State Government and the palace of the Sarkin Gagi, was attended by Chief Francis Adinnu, CEO of Pinnacle Hotel, represented by Mr Edward Odour.

Adinnu stated that the initiative reflects a commitment to community support in education and humanitarian assistance. He announced plans to expand the program to more schools and to provide ICT facilities and computer laboratories in the future.

Mrs Amaka Adinnu urged parents to prioritize education, especially for girls. Sokoto State Commissioner for Basic and Secondary Education, Prof. Ahmad Ladan Alla, praised PHCI's efforts, highlighting the state government's investment in education through its Nine-Point Smart Agenda, which included over N3.5 billion spent on examinations in 2026.
