Physically Challenged Man and Gang Arrested for Assault in Bayelsa Community

In Bayelsa State, a physically challenged man, Okpara Balami, along with five others, was arrested by a combined team of security operatives for their alleged involvement in assaulting vigilante personnel in Kolo community, Ogbia local government area. Balami was accused of leading an armed gang that has been linked to terrorism, cultism, and attacks on individuals and the police station in the community.

The arrest followed reports of the gang's activities, leading to a coordinated operation that resulted in the apprehension of the suspects and the recovery of weapons. One suspect managed to escape, sparking further investigations into the incident.
