Oshiomhole: Political Sins Won't Lead to Hell Fire

Adam Oshiomhole, the former governor of Edo State and a prominent member of the All Progressives Congress (APC), declared that political sins will not condemn politicians to hell. This statement was made during the APC state congress held in Benin City, where he responded to internal conflicts within the party, particularly regarding the leadership of Jarret Tenab.

Oshiomhole emphasized that it is normal for politicians to commit sins, which can be forgiven, and that such actions do not lead to eternal damnation. He also reacted to criticisms about the APC's current state in Nigeria, asserting that the party respects the constitutional rights of individuals to join or leave political parties.

Oshiomhole noted that President Bola Tinubu is committed to upholding the provisions of the Nigerian constitution, which allows for such movements within the political landscape. He urged party members to understand the reasons behind recent defections from the APC.
