Rising Nigerian Singer Oju Ika Killed in Robbery Attack

Oju Ika, a rising Nigerian singer, was fatally attacked during a robbery incident on September 22. The robbery took place in the early hours at a serviced apartment located along the Joke Ayo/Ikola Alagbado axis.

According to fellow artist Bolisco, who was present during the attack, the robbers targeted him and his team, stealing valuables such as mobile phones and gold chains. Oju Ika, an associate of Bolisco, was reportedly stabbed by the assailants.

Despite being rushed to a medical facility for emergency treatment, he was confirmed dead shortly thereafter. The Lagos State Police Command has been informed of the incident, and an investigation is currently underway to determine the circumstances surrounding the robbery and the death of Oju Ika, as well as to identify the perpetrators.
