Tinubu Condoles Olusegun Dada on Father's Passing

The Presidency has conveyed condolences to Olusegun Dada, who serves as President Bola Tinubu’s Special Assistant on Social Media, after the passing of his father, Chief Idowu Folorunsho Dada, at the age of 91. The announcement of Chief Dada's death was made by Segun Dada in a post on X, where he expressed his sorrow with the words, “Goodnight Dad.

Till we meet to never part again. Say hello to mum.” In a statement issued on Tuesday by Bayo Onanuga, the President’s Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, President Tinubu described Chief Dada as a man characterized by integrity, discipline, and compassion.

Chief Dada had a notable career as a former Sales Manager at NEXAN Kablemetal Nigeria Plc, earning respect from his peers. President Tinubu acknowledged Chief Dada’s role as a devoted father and mentor, emphasizing his commitment to family values and the Church.

The President extended heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family, particularly to Segun Dada, and prayed for the repose of Chief Dada’s soul.
