Presidency Reveals Root Causes of North Central Killings, Focuses on Security and Education

The Presidency has identified communal conflicts, land grab issues, banditry, and illegal mining as key factors fueling insecurity in Nigeria's North Central region. Efforts include establishing community peace structures across 121 local government areas, prioritizing road repairs, and boosting economic activities to address the security challenges.

Additionally, initiatives are underway to improve education access for vulnerable children and support voter registration drives. Senior Special Assistants Bola Tinubu, Abdullahi Tanko Yakasai, and Chioma Nweze are actively involved in addressing these issues.
