Tinubu Appoints Namda and Obahiagbon to Key Roles

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu appointed Abdulrazak Sa'ad Namda as the new Director General of the Border Communities Development Agency (BCDA), replacing Dakorinama Alabo George, who resigned to contest an electoral position in his home state of Adamawa. Namda is a former member of the House of Representatives, representing Ganye, Jada, Mayo Belwa, and Toungo Federal Constituency in Adamawa State.

He was also a spokesperson for the 8th House of Representatives and recently concluded participation in the Adamawa State governorship primaries. Additionally, Tinubu appointed Hon.

Patrick Obahiagbon as the Executive Director of Strategy and Commercial at the Niger Delta Power Holding Company (NDPHC), replacing Engin Omoregi Ogbeid Ihama, who resigned to pursue political aspirations in his home state of Edo. Chukwuma Umeoji was reappointed as the Executive Director of Corporate Services at NDPHC.

These appointments are effective immediately, as stated by presidential spokesperson Mr. Bayo Onanuga.
