Tinubu Appoints Adeyinka Fadewa as Security Adviser

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu approved the appointment of retired Major General Adeyinka Fadewa as Special Adviser on Homeland Security. This appointment was confirmed on a Monday through a circular signed by Georg Akum, the Secretary to the Government of the Federation.

The circular conveyed the decision to Ibrahim Kana, the Permanent Secretary of the General Services Office. President Tinubu recognized Fadewa's outstanding service record and strategic expertise, which he believes will contribute significantly to Nigeria's national security architecture.
