Prestige Assurance Plc Board Meeting & Q3 2026 Results Date

Prestige Assurance Plc filed a board meeting notification with the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) on 30 September 2026, disclosing that its Board of Directors will convene in a hybrid meeting on Wednesday, 28 October 2026. The meeting will be held at No. 19, Ligali Ayorinde Street, Victoria Island, Lagos, and will consider, among other agenda items, the approval of the company's Q3 Unaudited Financial Statements (UFS) for the period ending 30 September 2026.

In accordance with NGX's amended Closed Period Rules, the company has declared a closed period for trading in its shares by insiders and their connected persons. The closed period commenced on Thursday, 1 October 2026, and will remain in effect until 24 hours after the Q3 UFS has been publicly released. During this period, no insider or connected person is permitted to directly or indirectly deal in the securities of Prestige Assurance Plc.
