Africa Prudential Board Meeting Set for October 23, 2026

Africa Prudential Plc (AFRIPRUD) has filed a Notice of Board Meeting with the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), disclosing that its Board of Directors will convene on October 23, 2026. The sole stated purpose of the meeting is to consider and approve the company's Unaudited Financial Statements for the third quarter ending September 30, 2026.

In line with NGX Post-Listing Requirements, a closed period on trading in the company's shares by its directors, officers, and other insiders took effect from October 1, 2026. This restriction will remain in force until twenty-four hours after the Unaudited Financial Statements are released to NGX and made available to the public.

The filing was signed by Company Secretary Joseph Jibunoh on behalf of the Board. The Board of Directors currently comprises Christabel Onyejekwe as Chairman, Catherine Nwosu as Managing Director/CEO, and four non-executive directors: Zubaida Rasheed, Chidi Okpala, Oluwaseyi Abe, and Vincent Ukoh.
