PYLN Endorses Oyinkansola Badejo-Okusanya for NBA President

The Progressive Young Lawyers Network (PYLN) formally endorsed Oyinkansola Badejo-Okusanya, SAN, for the presidency of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA). This decision was announced in a statement issued on Monday by PYLN spokesperson Uthman Isa Tochukwu, following a careful assessment of various aspirants' visions for the bar.

The group praised Badejo-Okusanya's track record of professional excellence and visionary leadership, emphasizing her commitment to developing young lawyers. She has demonstrated exceptional leadership throughout her career, serving as a senior partner at ALP NG and as a board member of the Lagos Court of Arbitration.

The PYLN also commended her advocacy for gender inclusion and justice sector reform, noting her active membership in FIDA Nigeria and her efforts to champion access to justice and women's leadership. The group called on lawyers, particularly young practitioners, to rally behind Badejo-Okusanya as she campaigns for the NBA presidency ahead of the national elections.
