Badejo-Okunsanya Campaigns for NBA Presidency in Jalingo

Oyinkansola Badejo-Okunsanya, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), is campaigning for the presidency of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) in the upcoming elections. During her visit to the Jalingo branch of the NBA, she expressed her desire to enhance the welfare of legal practitioners across Nigeria.

Badejo-Okunsanya noted that the NBA's membership includes lawyers from various fields, such as public service and academia, and emphasized that every member deserves equal attention and representation. Her administration, if elected, will focus on improving member welfare, enhancing professional opportunities, and protecting the dignity of legal practitioners.

She aims to reshape the NBA to better respond to the needs of its members. Joel Agya, Chief Judge of Taraba State, wished her success and highlighted the importance of unity among NBA branches.

Support for her candidacy was also expressed by Dr. Philimon Saredau, Chairman of the Jalingo branch, and other senior members of the local bar.
