Dr. Ijeoma Ude Joins Prospera Finance Board as Director

Prospera Finance Limited has appointed Dr. Ijeoma Ude as a Non-Executive Director to its board. This strategic appointment aims to leverage Dr. Ude’s extensive expertise in brand positioning, corporate revenue expansion, and strategic leadership as the firm broadens its footprint in commercial lending, SME support, and digital financial management.

Dr. Ude has a distinguished career marked by achievements in organizational growth and market penetration strategies. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Bradford, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Chichester, and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Leadership and Organizational Management.

Additionally, she is an alumna of the Lagos Business School and a member of the Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON). Dr. Ude’s multidimensional background includes certifications in Conflict Management and Human Resource Professional (CHRP), positioning her to guide Prospera Finance in policy formulation and corporate expansion.

In her new role, she will collaborate with executive management to strengthen corporate identity and deepen strategic partnerships.
