PRP Appeals to Governor Bala Mohammed to Join Party

The People's Redemption Party (PRP) is actively seeking to attract Governor Bala Mohammed of Bauchi State to join their ranks, as stated by the Bauchi State Chairman, Abdurrahman Yusuf. During a press conference, Yusuf expressed that the PRP aims to create a platform that accommodates the political interests of the governor and ensures inclusivity for experienced politicians.

The national coordinator of the PRP, Barrister Sufyanu Gambo Idri, highlighted the party's commitment to restoring its former glory and providing a credible and peaceful political platform. This appeal comes amid reports of Governor Mohammed's potential defection from the People's Democratic Party (PDP) to the PRP, following similar overtures from other political parties, including the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) and the African Democratic Congress (ADC).
