PSSDC Director General Plans to Establish Public Service University in Lagos

Adekunmilola Adio Mose, the Director General of the Public Service Staff Development Centre (PSSDC) in Lagos, has revealed a long-term vision to establish a Public Service University. The goal is to enhance the capacity of civil servants through modern technology-driven training.

The institution aims to become a global hub for innovative policy research, leadership development, and practical skills training. Plans include upgrading infrastructure, implementing digital technologies, and expanding training programs.

Currently, PSSDC offers 166 certification programs covering various sectors, with a focus on local government staff development.
