Queen’s College Principal Urges Graduands on Integrity

At the 2025/2026 valedictory service and graduation ceremony of Queen’s College Lagos, Principal Dr. (Mrs.) Oyindamola Obabori addressed the 496 graduating students, urging them to become global reference points for competence and integrity. She warned against shortcuts that could jeopardize their futures, highlighting the deceptive nature of social media and the allure of fleeting riches through unethical means.

Obabori encouraged the graduands to engage in honest work to build a life of value and to use their education to create a legacy for future generations. She emphasized the importance of character as a valuable currency and urged the students to help others as they achieve success.

Additionally, she expressed gratitude to parents, guardians, and teachers for their support. In a keynote address, Mrs.

Ifueko Omoigui Okauru encouraged the students to believe in themselves and their capacity to learn and grow.
