Real Madrid Reports Record €1.221 Billion Revenue

Real Madrid announced on Tuesday that they generated a record revenue of €1.221 billion ($1.39 billion) in the 2025/2026 season, marking a 3.1 percent increase from the previous financial year. This achievement makes Real Madrid the first sports organization globally to surpass the €1.2 billion revenue mark.

The club reported a profit of €26 million after tax, an 8 percent rise from the 2024/25 season. The financial success was attributed to an 11 percent increase in income from the renovated Santiago Bernabeu stadium, which reached €363 million ($413 million), along with new sponsorship deals.

In June, Real Madrid appointed Jose Mourinho as coach to replace Alvaro Arbeloa after two seasons without a major trophy. The club has already made several signings, including Bernardo Silva and Marc Cucurella, and is reportedly in talks with RB Leipzig for Ivorian winger Yan Diomande, as well as considering Manchester City midfielder Rodri as a target.
