Regency Alliance Insurance Board Meeting Set for October 28

Regency Alliance Insurance Plc (NGX: REGALINS) filed a board meeting notice with the Nigerian Exchange Limited on 13 October 2026, disclosing that its board of directors will convene on Wednesday, 28 October 2026.

The primary agenda item for the meeting is the consideration and approval of the company's unaudited financial statements for the third quarter ended 30 September 2026 (2026 Q3 UFS).

In line with NGX listing rules, the company confirmed that a closed period for trading in its shares commenced on 1 October 2026. This closed period will remain in effect until 24 hours after the Q3 2026 unaudited financial statements are filed through the Exchange's Issuers' Portal.

During the closed period, the company stated that no insiders of the company, or persons closely related to them, may directly or indirectly deal in the shares of Regency Alliance Insurance Plc. The restriction applies until 24 hours after the 2026 Q3 UFS is released to NGX and the general public.
