Remo Stars Wins 2024/25 NPFL Title

Remo Stars clinched the 2024/25 NPFL title, marking their first-ever championship win in the Nigeria Premier Football League. The team secured the victory against Niger Tornadoes at the Remo Stars Stadium in Ikenne, with Olamilekan Adedayo scoring the crucial goal in the sixth minute.

This win makes Remo Stars the first privately owned club to claim the title since 1996. Additionally, it is the first time a South West club has won the NPFL since Julius Berger two decades ago.

With 68 points from 35 matches, Remo Stars now lead the standings, surpassing Rivers United who have accumulated 58 points. This historic achievement highlights the team's exceptional performance throughout the season.
