Rensource Energy Restructures for African Expansion

Rensource Energy has unveiled a significant restructuring aimed at expanding its operations in the renewable energy sector across Africa. The company has introduced a new board of directors, chaired by Chikezi Nwosu, to provide strategic oversight for its growth.

The executive management team is led by Chief Executive Officer Olorunfemi Fapohunda, alongside Chief Operating Officer Azizat Gbadegesin and Chief Financial Officer Segun Adebayo. This restructuring addresses executive gaps and strengthens governance, with a focus on transitioning from diesel reliance to providing affordable clean power solutions.

Rensource aims to develop a scalable operational platform capable of delivering projects efficiently within budget and timelines, leveraging 16 years of energy program experience across Africa. The company targets a 99 percent uptime standard, reflecting its commitment to reliable energy delivery.
