Rep Donates Vehicle to NOUN Study Centre to Support Education Access

Hon. Mansur Manu Soro, a federal constituency representative, donated a utility vehicle to the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) Soro Study Centre to address mobility challenges.

The vehicle was handed over to the centre by the acting director, Hauwa Dede, in the presence of local government chairman Hon. Samaila Yau Sade.

The study centre, inaugurated recently in Bauchi Central zone, aims to support postgraduate programs for 200 candidates from the constituency. Hon.

Soro highlighted that the committee overseeing the selection process would prioritize financially constrained candidates, especially those pursuing science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and agriculture (STEMA) courses. The initiative seeks to enhance access to education and support candidates in their academic pursuits.
