Ronchess Global Resources Q3 2026 Board Meeting Notice

Ronchess Global Resources Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) of its upcoming third quarter Board of Directors meeting, to be held virtually on 22 October 2026 at 2:00 pm. The notice, dated 9 October 2026, was filed on 13 October 2026 and signed by Company Secretary Suleiman Hayatudeen.

The board meeting agenda covers three items: the consideration and approval of the Q3 2026 unaudited financial statements for the period ended 30 September 2026, Q4 2026 action items, and any other business.

In line with NGX post-listing requirements, the company entered a closed period for trading in its shares on 1 October 2026. That closed period will remain in effect until 24 hours after the Q3 2026 unaudited financial statements are released to the public. During this period, no insider or connected person may deal, directly or indirectly, in the securities of the company. The closed period is a standard regulatory measure applied ahead of the publication of unaudited financial statements by listed companies on the NGX.
