Security Forces Recover RPGs from Neutralized Bandits

On Wednesday afternoon, around 3:30 PM, security personnel in Katsina recovered two rocket-propelled grenades (RPGs) and a significant amount of ammunition after a violent clash with bandits in Sabon Gida village, located in the Jibia Local Government Area. The confrontation occurred between members of the community vigilante group and repentant bandits on March 17.

During this incident, three bandits were neutralized, and the security forces discovered a concealed sack containing the RPGs, 139 rounds of live ammunition, and two magazines. This operation highlights ongoing efforts by security forces to combat banditry in the region.
