Sokoto Governor's Aide Praises Salary Increase for Security

Col. Ahmed Usman (Rtd.), the Special Adviser to the Sokoto State Governor on Security Matters, praised President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for approving an increase in the salaries and welfare packages of members of the Nigerian Armed Forces.

He urged the federal government to complement salary increases with modern equipment, training, comprehensive insurance, healthcare, and housing for security personnel.
