Sokoto Launches 2025-2026 School Census with UNICEF Support

Murtala Abubakar, the Director of Planning, Research, and Statistics, welcomed participants and highlighted the objective of the census to ensure reliable educational data. Beatrice Sababa from UNICEF reaffirmed the organization's commitment to supporting the Sokoto State government in enhancing its educational data management system.

Shehu Aliyu, Executive Secretary of the Female Education Board, called for continued cooperation among stakeholders to ensure comprehensive data collection.
