Soldiers Arrest Sudanese Terrorist, Ghanaian in Borno

On July 19, 2026, troops from the Nigerian Army's 115 Task Force Battalion, under Operation Hadin Kai, arrested two foreign nationals in Askira Uba, Borno State. The suspects are Musa Fashir, a 32-year-old Sudanese man identified as a suspected foreign terrorist fighter, and Mari Florenc, a 36-year-old Ghanaian woman accused of illegal immigration.
