Sowore's Trial Continues as DSS Director Faces Cross-Examination

Omoyele Sowore, the presidential candidate of the African Action Congress (AAC) and a human rights activist, appeared before the Federal High Court in Abuja on Tuesday for his trial initiated by the Department of State Services (DSS). The case revolves around Sowore's statement that President Bola Tinubu is "a criminal," which the DSS deemed actionable.

The trial is presided over by Justice Mohammed Umar. A significant aspect of the proceedings includes the expected testimony and cross-examination of Tosin Ajayi, the Director of the DSS.
