Sowore Proposes AI and Blockchain for 2027 Election

Omoyele Sowore, the presidential candidate for the African Action Congress, unveiled part of his 2027 presidential manifesto on Friday. He proposed utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) to manage Nigeria's public finances and drone technology to enhance national defense.

Sowore stated that AI would act as the "Minister of Finance," eliminating human manipulation and corruption through data-driven decisions. He emphasized that drones would redefine national security with improved surveillance and accountability.

Sowore argued that blockchain technology would create an immutable public ledger of government transactions, making corruption more detectable and punishable. He asserted that his administration would leverage these technologies to streamline governance, reduce bureaucracy, and improve the quality of life for Nigerians.

Sowore has consistently advocated for technology-driven governance and institutional reforms as central themes of his #Sowore2027 campaign ahead of the 2027 general election.
