Speaker Abbas Enhances Grassroots Football in Zaria

Hon. Tajudeen Abbas, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, has launched a significant initiative to promote grassroots sports development in Zaria Federal Constituency. This initiative includes the construction of four five-a-side football pitches and four standard football stadiums strategically located throughout the constituency.

The aim is to provide young people with quality infrastructure for training, recreation, and talent discovery. This development is expected to position Zaria as a hub for football in Northern Nigeria, creating opportunities for aspiring footballers to hone their skills.
