Tottenham Signs Savinho from Manchester City for £75M

Tottenham Hotspur signed Brazilian winger Savinho from Manchester City on Tuesday for a reported initial fee of £75 million ($102 million). This transfer takes Tottenham's total spending in the current transfer window beyond £300 million.

Savinho, 22, struggled to secure a first-team position during his two seasons at Manchester City. Tottenham hopes he will bring pace and creativity to their squad after narrowly avoiding relegation from the Premier League last season.
