Oluremi Tinubu Thanks Sultan for Support to Tinubu's Govt

Senator Oluremi Tinubu, the First Lady of Nigeria, visited the Sultan of Sokoto, His Eminence Muhammadu Sa’ad Abubakar, to express appreciation for his ongoing support and guidance to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's administration since its inception. During her visit to the Sultan's Palace in Sokoto, she reflected on the longstanding relationship between their families and acknowledged the Sultan's consistent direction for the administration.

The Sultan emphasized the need for leaders to seek divine intervention against those committing evil in the country and prayed for their genuine repentance. He commended the First Lady for her efforts through the Renewed Hope Initiative (RHI), which has positively affected millions of Nigerians.

Sokoto State Governor, Dr. Ahmad Aliyu Sokoto, also thanked Senator Oluremi Tinubu for her visit and highlighted the RHI's people-centered interventions aimed at improving the lives of women, youths, children, and families across Nigeria.

The Sultan later invited the Ulama to pray for the nation and its leaders.
