Sunbeth to Launch Major Cocoa and Cashew Plants by 2027

Sunbeth Global Concept Ltd, under the leadership of Managing Director Mr. Olasunkanmi Owoyemi, announced plans to launch a 70,000 metric ton cocoa processing plant and an 80,000 metric ton cashew processing facility in March 2027.

This initiative aims to significantly boost Nigeria's agricultural export capacity and enhance local value addition within Africa's agricultural value chain. The announcement was made during the Africa Cocoa Finance Investment Forum (ACFIF) held at the London Stock Exchange.

The dual investment reflects Sunbeth's commitment to building industrial-scale agro-processing capacity for two of Africa's strategic export commodities. The cocoa processing facility is designed to reinforce Nigeria's position in the global cocoa processing landscape, while the cashew plant will cater to the growing demand in premium export markets across Europe, Asia, and America.

Sunbeth's strategy includes backward integration to empower farmers and improve yield, ensuring sustainable operations and high-quality domestic supply chains.
