SUNU Assurances Nigeria Board Meeting Scheduled for October 2026

SUNU Assurances Nigeria Plc (NGX: SUNUASSUR) filed a Board Meeting notice dated 30th September 2026, informing the Nigerian Exchange and the investing public of an upcoming board session fixed for Friday, 23rd October 2026. The purpose of the meeting is to review and approve the company's unaudited financial statements for the third quarter ending 30th September 2026.

In line with Rule 17.18(a) of the NGX Rulebook 2015 (Issuers' Rules), the company declared a closed period effective Thursday, 1st October 2026. The closed period will remain in force until 24 hours after the Q3 2026 unaudited financial statements are released to the public.

During this closed period, all insiders of the company — including directors and their connected persons — are prohibited from dealing in SUNUASSUR securities, either directly or indirectly.
