Super Falcons to Face Sudan or Comoros in Olympic Qualifiers

The Super Falcons, Nigeria's senior women's national football team, are set to face either Sudan or Comoros in the second round of qualifiers for the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles. This follows the official draw released by the Confederation of African Football (CAF), which outlined the pathway for teams aiming to secure a spot in the global event.

The first round will see Sudan and Comoros compete, with the winner advancing to meet the Super Falcons in the next stage of the qualification series. The fixtures for this second round are scheduled to take place on October 5 and October 13, 2026.

The Super Falcons, known for their success in African women's football, will aim to navigate past their determined opponents to move closer to an Olympic appearance.
