Fake Naval Officer and Wife Arrested in Lagos for Impersonation and Fraud

A suspected fake naval officer, James Robert, and his wife were apprehended in Lagos for posing as Nigerian Navy officials to deceive and intimidate residents. They were accused of fraudulently claiming ownership of a car lot on government land in Oworonshoki.
