Tajudeen Abbas Backs Tinubu for 2027 Elections in Zaria

On June 2023, during a significant gathering in Zaria, Rt. Hon. Tajudeen Abbas, the Speaker of the 10th Assembly, reaffirmed his support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the All Progressives Congress (APC) ahead of the 2027 general elections.

The event attracted a crowd of approximately 80,000, showcasing Abbas's influence in the region. He highlighted his efforts in securing funding for 25 road projects and the establishment of various police stations across his constituency.

Abbas also mentioned the construction of primary health centers and the distribution of agricultural inputs, including 80,000 bags of fertilizer and farm seeds, benefiting thousands of farmers. He emphasized his commitment to addressing insecurity and poverty through infrastructural development and educational initiatives, including the establishment of a site for a national open university in his constituency.
