Gov. Kefas' Leadership Celebrated as Taraba Turns 35

During the celebration of Taraba State's 35th anniversary, Hon. Moses Maihankali, the Chairman of the Association of Local Governments of Nigeria (ALGON) Taraba Chapter, commended Gov. Agbu Kefas for his leadership commitment, which has resonated with the citizens.

Maihankali noted that Gov. Kefas’ three and a half years in office have significantly transformed the state, citing achievements in education, agriculture, healthcare, security, civil service reform, and empowerment initiatives.

He praised the recent unveiling of the Taraba Development Master Plan as a historic breakthrough, emphasizing its importance for sustainable development and future leadership. Maihankali called for collective efforts among Tarabans to support Gov.

Kefas for a seamless re-election in 2027 and encouraged youth engagement in education and entrepreneurship. He stressed the necessity of grassroots development to achieve inclusive growth, asserting that local governments are best suited to address community needs.
