Taraba Governor Agbu Kefas Reshuffles Cabinet Positions

Taraba State Governor Agbu Kefas has executed a cabinet reshuffle, approving the redeployment of four commissioners as part of a strategic realignment. The announcement was made by the Secretary to the Taraba State Government, Gebon Kataps, and was communicated to journalists in Jalingo.

The changes are effective immediately. Under the new arrangement, Peter George, who previously served as the Commissioner for Commerce, Trade and Industry, has been reassigned to the Ministry of Water Management and Aquatic Affairs.

His successor in the Commerce, Trade and Industry Ministry is Philip Habu James, who was formerly the Commissioner for Social Development and Human Services. Additionally, Daniel Ishaku, the former Commissioner for Water Management and Aquatic Affairs, has been moved to oversee the Ministry of Waste Management and Resource Innovation.

Bernard Shonzen James Kassa, who was in charge of Waste Management and Resource Innovation, has been redeployed to the Ministry of Social Development and Human Services. The governor expressed his wishes for success to the commissioners in their new roles.
