Tinubu Orders Rehabilitation of Old Keffi Road in FCT

On Thursday, President Bola Tinubu directed the immediate construction of new roads for communities in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), specifically focusing on the rehabilitation of the old Keffi Road. This initiative aims to enhance access for residents and is part of Tinubu's "Renew Hope Agenda." The project includes a 17-kilometer stretch from Kado Village to the Life Camp and Dei-Dei Junction, which has been a long-standing request from local traders and residents.

Tinubu's administration, represented by Senate President Godswill Akpabio, emphasized the importance of completing abandoned infrastructure projects to improve daily life for citizens. The Minister of FCT, Nyesom Wike, also noted that the project fulfills promises made to the community.

The rehabilitation will include asphalt paving, street lighting, and drainage systems to ensure safety and accessibility for all residents.
