Tinubu Promises Nationwide Infrastructure Development

On Tuesday, President Bola Tinubu reiterated his administration's commitment to replicating the infrastructure strides recorded in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) throughout Nigeria. He made this promise during the inauguration of a newly constructed transitway and two bridges in the Wuse district of Abuja.

Tinubu emphasized the importance of ensuring that every part of the country develops road, bridge, and railway infrastructure, stating that no region should be left behind in the quest for development and security in Nigeria. The transitway project is seen as a symbol of progress and reflects the administration's Renewed Hope Agenda, which aims to build infrastructure that serves the people and unlocks economic potential.

The project is a crucial component of the FCT's master plan, designed to ease traffic flow, enhance connectivity, and improve urban mobility for millions of commuters. Tinubu commended FCTA Minister Nyesom Wike for his ongoing efforts to transform the FCT in line with the Abuja master plan.
