Tinubu highlighted the importance of enhancing the cocoa value chain, improving standards, and boosting Nigeria's global cocoa market competitiveness. The letter addressed to the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Abba Tajudeen, emphasizes the need for urgent legislative action to advance Nigeria's agricultural sector.
