APC Chieftain Akinola Praises Yari's Campaign Role

Kazeem Akinola, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State, commended Senator Abdul’aziz Yari Abubakar on his recent appointment as the Director-General of the APC Presidential Campaign Council for the 2027 elections. Akinola described the appointment as well deserved, emphasizing that it reflects the confidence that President Bola Tinubu and the party leadership have in Yari's capacity, experience, and proven ability.

Akinola, who has also been appointed as the Deputy Director of Grassroots Engagement and Mobilisation within the same council, expressed his congratulations through a statement released by his Media Assistant, Akintunde Yusuf. He acknowledged Yari's political journey, which includes serving as a two-term Governor of Zamfara State and his current role as a distinguished Senator, as key to understanding the political landscape and grassroots structure necessary for a successful national campaign.

Akinola pledged to leverage his experience in grassroots engagement to support the campaign's success.
