Transcorp Hilton Abuja and ACE Charity Empower Young Women

Transcorp Hilton Abuja and ACE Charity have collaborated to empower young women through a business support initiative, reaffirming their commitment to promoting entrepreneurship and financial independence. The graduation ceremony marked the completion of the 16th cycle of the program, with four beneficiaries successfully finishing a six-month intensive training in fashion design and business management.

Mohan Khalil, Hotel Manager, welcomed attendees and commended the program's impact on women's empowerment. Uzo Oshogwe, Managing Director of Transcorp Hilton Abuja, congratulated the graduates and emphasized the importance of the skills learned, urging them to uphold quality service to ensure business growth.

The partnership will continue to provide mentorship and support for establishing businesses. Rahina Opotu from ACE Charity noted that the program, established in 2017, has empowered 60 women so far.

Graduates have also contributed to their communities by donating clothing items. The event featured testimonials from previous beneficiaries who have successfully launched their fashion businesses.
