On Monday, Safety Travels Ltd unveiled a new artificial intelligence-assisted travel booking platform in Abuja. The platform allows passengers to search, book, and pay for flights using voice prompts in various languages, including English, Spanish, Nigerian Pidgin, Hausa, Igbo, Yoruba, and Efik.

Hon. Chidi Nwogu, Chairman of Safety Travels Ltd, stated that this innovation addresses the longstanding challenges of physical queues at airline offices, enabling users to complete bookings from home or other locations. The AI assistant provides available travel options based on user requests, streamlining the booking process.

Nwogu emphasized that the platform aims to make travel booking faster, easier, and more convenient, reflecting the ongoing technological transformation in service delivery. The multilingual feature is designed to enhance accessibility for a broader range of users, including those more comfortable with local languages.

The platform also facilitates bookings for hotels and car hire services, further simplifying the travel experience.
