Tyson Fury Rules Out Joshua Fight After Lagos Crash

Tyson Fury has dismissed the possibility of a fight with Anthony Joshua after a tragic car crash in Lagos, Nigeria, which claimed the lives of two members of Joshua's team. The incident occurred when their vehicle collided with a stationary truck, resulting in the death of a close friend and trainer, Latif Ayodele, and strength coach, Sina Ghami, who were at the scene.

Joshua suffered minor injuries and was discharged from the hospital two days later. The driver, Adeniyi Kayode, is facing legal proceedings, with the case adjourned until March 13 at the magistrate's court in Sagamu, Ogun State.

Fury is currently preparing for a fight against unbeaten contender Arslanbek Makhmudov, which is set to be streamed on Netflix. Despite previous discussions about a potential bout with Joshua, negotiations have repeatedly stalled, particularly after a U.S. arbitration panel ordered Fury to complete a trilogy with Deontay Wilder.
